There are some great cheap flights on Pacific Blue Happy Hour, especially to the Pacific Islands. More international cheap flights than Grab-a-seat.
I use http://www.seeya.co.nz to get alerts via email of the deals I want. SeeYa lets you choice your departure city and destination including international and the month you want to go. Then SeeYa will send you an alert when ever a deal comes up on Grabaseat or pacific Blue Happy hour.
Also SeeYa have Grabaseat and PB alerts on Facebook if you spend a lot of time there it could be better as you have to be quick for some of these deals.
